It's Reveal Day!
I'll keep it short and sweet.
Let's start with a gentle reminder of the BEFORE of my master bedroom...
(prepare for major FUGLY-ness)
and here is the IN-BETWEEN phase...
and now, the AFTER
(be sure to scroll all the way down, I saved the best for last)

I have always envisioned an abstract pair by this talented Dallas artist in my home. Jenn's black and white abstracts are timeless, she's also amazing with large scale works with color and pastels. I can't wait to play musical art with this duo - and add pieces of hers to my collection.

I have always been a huge fan of Nashville artist, Gina Julian. When she released the first series of her Opt Art Collection I was blown away. My jaw dropped and eyes widened as I studied each piece, the next somehow better than before. I thought to myself, "this is me, this is going in my home". We worked together on the color combination, as I wanted this piece to be able to go in every room in my home. I can't even describe to you what it is like in person, it's absolutely breathtaking. It's the centerpiece, focal point, and design pulse of my home. Gina titled this piece, "My Mother's Daughter", knowing of the sudden loss of my mom and how inspiring and involved she was and still is in my life.
